Note: if you're going to do this with a kid's story, monetize the site with Adsense, as kids normally don't buy affiliate products. Just remember to stay within Adsense's TOS - don't go telling people/kids to click on your ads, let them do it on their own. Remember, people – especially children – love to be entertained. Kids love having stories read to them, which makes this a great thing for everyone involved. Also remind them to share the video with their friends. In case you don't already know, at the end of every video on YouTube, there is an option to share the video with your friends, that's what makes these things so viral. Just make sure the contest is related to the topic of your site. If you're going to do it about your new internet marketing product, maybe you could give away 1-10 free copies of it to the winner(s) of your contest.
